Marketing & Communications Specialist (UAE)

About the role

SKEMA Business School is seeking a versatile Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead the deployment of its global brand and communication strategy across the UAE and GCC. Based in Dubai’s DIFC, you will be the primary local communication partner for the campus, enhancing visibility and reputation in a fast‑growing education market.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and implement SKEMA’s global brand strategy in the UAE market, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Create and localize high‑quality content for website, social media, newsletters, print materials, CRM and video channels.
• Execute local marketing campaigns in coordination with global teams and tailor messaging for prospective students, families, corporate partners and government stakeholders.
• Manage and grow the Dubai campus’s social‑media presence, producing culturally relevant content and reporting on engagement metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with UAE‑based media, draft press releases and coordinate interviews to raise SKEMA’s visibility.
• Support the planning, promotion and on‑site visibility of events such as open days, recruitment fairs and conferences.
• Provide regular KPI reporting, share market insights and participate in coordination meetings with the Global Brand & Communications Department.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing and/or communications, preferably in an international or educational environment.
• Strong understanding of the UAE/GCC market and ability to adapt global messaging to local audiences.
