Senior Marketing Analyst – Performance Marketing (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst specialized in performance marketing to join Heliumdoc remotely. The role will drive digital prospecting, remarketing and overall campaign performance to boost sales and revenue for our healthcare solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid, organic and owned media channels.
• Manage digital prospecting, remarketing, and multi‑channel campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Identify, test and scale new acquisition channels while monitoring critical traffic KPIs.
• Collaborate with management to share funnel conversion insights and present results.
• Conduct market, competitor and consumer research to inform growth strategies.
• Track and analyse key marketing and sales data, producing insight reports for decision‑making.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably B2B.
• Proven track record of running successful digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
