Marketing Director – EEMEA

About the role

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Marketing Director for the EEMEA region to lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive growth and adoption of cardiovascular solutions. Reporting to the Senior Sales Director, you will act as a trusted advisor, shaping market strategy through insights, competitive intelligence, and portfolio optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional growth, market development, and portfolio strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide commercial recommendations and competitive intelligence to senior leadership.
• Lead planning and execution of major product launches and commercialization initiatives across EEMEA.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders to inform strategy and support market adoption.
• Design evidence‑based marketing strategies, value propositions, and customer engagement programs.
• Partner with sales leadership to drive market share expansion and commercial excellence.
• Manage regional congress strategies, educational initiatives, and customer engagement activities.
• Analyze market, competitive, and clinical data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Oversee product line, program, and campaign budgets to maximize ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 12 years of marketing experience, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of leading successful product launches and commercialization projects across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
