Marketing Director

About the role

Hyf Medical Center is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to shape and execute its marketing strategy across the UAE. You will lead brand development, patient acquisition, and digital initiatives for a premium healthcare and aesthetic services portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the annual marketing plan, set budgets, KPIs and performance targets.
• Lead the marketing team, agencies and external partners, establishing SOPs and performance standards.
• Strengthen the centre’s premium brand positioning across digital and offline channels.
• Design and run lead‑generation campaigns targeting local, international and VIP patients.
• Oversee digital channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, email and WhatsApp marketing.
• Collaborate with patient services, aesthetic consultation and business development teams to optimise the full marketing funnel.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, luxury services or related premium industries.
• Demonstrated success in building brands, generating qualified leads and converting marketing activities into revenue.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
