Global Events Intern – Binance Accelerator Program

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Global Events Intern to support Binance’s Global Events team throughout the full event lifecycle, from research and planning to on‑site execution and post‑event analysis. The role offers hands‑on experience with both large flagship conferences and smaller regional activations, working closely with marketing, product and business development teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Global Event Marketing team with coordination of large‑scale and boutique events, providing on‑site support as needed.
• Manage ticketing, registration and guest lists, liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Conduct venue, vendor and market research across multiple countries and regions.
• Support logistics such as schedules, attendee information, event materials and operational requirements.
• Develop creative activation ideas to boost attendee participation and generate social‑first content.
• Enter data, prepare event reports and contribute to post‑event analysis.
• Collaborate with team members across different time zones to ensure smooth execution of global initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail, positive attitude and proactive mindset.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, able to work with internal and external partners.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Adaptability to flexible working hours and remote collaboration.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in event coordination or planning.
