Marketing Executive – Hospitality

About the role

AlphaMind Group is looking for a creative and results‑driven Marketing Executive to lead marketing initiatives for its hospitality portfolio. You will promote restaurants and hospitality experiences, boost brand awareness, and support revenue‑generating campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch marketing campaigns for restaurants, events, promotions and services.
• Manage social media channels and produce engaging content.
• Coordinate digital activities such as email marketing, online advertising, website updates and promotional drives.
• Create marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations and advertisements.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and revenue teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Liaise with external agencies, designers, photographers, influencers and media partners.
• Plan and promote seasonal campaigns, special events and hospitality packages.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions and customer preferences to uncover new opportunities.
• Track campaign performance, generate reports and recommend improvements.
• Oversee online brand presence, manage reputation and respond to customer reviews.
• Assist in budgeting and ensure campaigns stay within financial limits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications or a related field.
• Previous marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, tourism or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a creative mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with design or marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and social media channels.
• Knowledge of email marketing and online advertising platforms.
• Ability to use marketing analytics tools for reporting and optimization.
