Marketing Executive

About the role

Harrow International School Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Executive to join the founding team in September 2026. You will be the driving force behind the school’s brand presence, enrollment growth, and communication with internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of marketing and communications activities that reflect Harrow’s values of academic excellence, character development, and global citizenship.
• Manage the school’s social media channels and oversee internal and external communications.
• Promote, showcase, and market the school to parents, prospective families, press, and social media outlets.
• Develop loyalty and advocacy for the school and the wider Taaleem group through targeted marketing and communication tactics.
• Execute Harrow International School’s overall marketing strategy and support the creation of a school‑specific strategy in collaboration with the Taaleem Central Office Marketing team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the education sector.
• Highly motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work as part of a founding team.
• Willingness to undergo enhanced child protection screening, including background, identification, and police checks.
