Marketing Executive (UAE National)

About the role

Al Rostamani Group is seeking a UAE National Marketing Executive to support its diverse portfolio of brands. You will work closely with brand principals and internal departments to design and execute marketing programmes that boost brand awareness, drive market penetration and support new product or showroom launches.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with brand principals to understand positioning and translate it into actionable marketing plans.
• Assist department managers in budgeting, forecasting and aligning marketing spend with sales targets.
• Plan, coordinate and execute promotional activities, trade shows and launch events.
• Identify and communicate marketing opportunities to senior management for decision‑making.
• Run online marketing initiatives such as paid ads, affiliate, sponsorship, email and viral social‑media campaigns.
• Analyse search‑engine patterns, optimise website exposure and manage keyword placement.
• Produce content for press releases, internal magazines and other communication channels.
• Leverage integrated marketing tools to maximise reach while controlling costs.

Required profile

• UAE national with a strong interest in marketing and brand development.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Good understanding of sales strategies and how marketing supports revenue goals.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
