Marketing Intern – Content Creator

About the role

Join Accor’s marketing team in Dubai as a Marketing Intern focused on content creation. You will support the development and execution of content plans that align with the annual marketing calendar and enhance the brand’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building content plans and translating campaign objectives into social, video, website, and EDM content angles.
• Support content planning, publishing, caption writing, community management, and performance tracking.
• Ensure all content reflects the brand tone, visual identity, and luxury hospitality standards while complying with copyright and platform guidelines.
• Monitor platform trends, benchmark competitors, and recommend format improvements.
• Manage creator collaborations from screening to performance analysis.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Media, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Familiarity with photography/videography editing software like Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut.
• Understanding of SEO principles for copy optimization.
