Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Manager will support brand strategy execution, new product development, and go‑to‑market launches for Pizza Hut across the UAE market, working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing brand strategies and multi‑channel campaigns, monitoring performance and providing data‑driven insights.
• Own the end‑to‑end NPD pipeline, from concept generation through product launch, including consumer research and concept testing.
• Maintain the annual marketing calendar, coordinating timelines, resources and flagging risks.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies, ensuring briefs are clear and deliverables on brand.
• Track and report on KPIs for brand and NPD initiatives, preparing performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• BS/BA in Marketing or Business (MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of brand management experience, preferably in FMCG, QSR or related consumer goods.
• Hands‑on experience managing NPD projects and product launches.
• Experience working in the GCC market is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with consumer research platforms such as Zappi, YouGov, Nielsen and Kantar.
• Strong analytical skills for KPI tracking and performance reporting.
