Marketing Lead B2C

About the role

Technogym is looking for an enthusiastic, results‑driven Marketing Lead to shape and execute B2C marketing strategies for the UAE market. You will drive brand awareness, digital performance and e‑commerce growth while ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience for our health‑focused consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and localise the global brand strategy for the Home Consumer segment, defining customer segmentation and positioning.
• Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and programmatic platforms; oversee SEO/SEM, paid media and content marketing.
• Optimise the e‑commerce sales funnel, UI/UX and customer journey to increase conversion rates.
• Lead brand storytelling, content creation (blogs, videos, influencer collaborations) and maintain visual identity.
• Ensure consistent brand experience across online and offline channels, supporting boutique activations and POS materials.
• Implement loyalty programmes, referral strategies and use CRM data for personalised lifecycle campaigns.
• Collaborate with ambassadors, influencers and partner brands to amplify reach.
• Monitor budget, analyse performance metrics and report insights to senior leadership.
