Marketing Lead - UAE

About the role

As the Marketing Lead for the United Arab Emirates, you will drive Osome’s regional growth by owning the full marketing funnel—from lead generation to client retention—while managing the UAE P&L and optimizing customer acquisition costs. This high‑autonomy, full‑stack role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for UAE‑specific product features, including corporate tax filing and localized VAT tools.
• Design and run integrated demand‑generation programmes across digital channels, influencer partnerships and field events.
• Build automated “Founder Journeys” in HubSpot to nurture leads through business‑setup and long‑term financial‑management decisions.
• Manage the regional marketing budget, track CAC, LTV and other key performance indicators.
• Establish strategic partnerships with financial institutions (e.g., Wio, Emirates NBD) and ecosystem hubs (Hub71, ADGM).

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in field or partner marketing within SaaS or technology companies.
• Deep understanding of UAE free‑zone and mainland market dynamics.
• Data‑driven mindset with a bias for action and strong measurement of conversion metrics.
• Ability to work independently in a high‑growth, startup environment.
