Marketing Manager – Consumer Brands (MENA)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Manager to join our Consumer Fragrances team in Dubai. Reporting to the Head of Marketing AMET, you will help drive growth across the MENA region, working closely with regional and global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create tailored presentations and immersive customer experiences, collaborating with sales and fragrance development to win briefs.
• Develop creative narratives, new fragrance concepts, mock‑ups and mood boards, and write launch descriptions.
• Support customers with segmentation, brand‑portfolio strategies and relationship building.
• Monitor market trends, track product launches and analyse brand communication and fragrance strategies.
• Forecast trends and design marketing programmes, exhibitions and displays to inspire internal and external audiences.
• Work with the Consumer Insights team to understand consumer behaviour and generate new product ideas.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of international marketing experience, preferably in a fragrance house or FMCG scent/beauty business.
• Fluent in French, English and Arabic.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent presentation skills.
• Experience in brand building, consumer data analysis and spotting market trends.
• Willingness to travel across MENA and West Africa up to 50 % of the time.
