About the role

YO-CAI is a growing self‑serve frozen yoghurt & acai brand, and we’re looking for someone to help shape what comes next. We need a hands‑on Marketing Manager who can think strategically, move quickly and bring ideas to life across digital, in‑store and community.

Key responsibilities

Develop and manage the YO‑CAI marketing strategy
Plan campaigns across social, digital and in‑store
Own the monthly content and marketing calendar
Lead brand partnerships, creators, events and activations
Support product launches, new flavours and store openings
Manage CRM and customer communications
Track budgets, campaign performance and ROI
Ensure the brand stays consistent across every customer touchpoint

Required profile

5–7+ years marketing experience
F&B, hospitality, retail or lifestyle experience is a must
Strong social and digital knowledge
Creative, commercially minded and highly organised
Comfortable working closely with founders in a fast‑moving environment
