About the role
YO-CAI is a growing self‑serve frozen yoghurt & acai brand, and we’re looking for someone to help shape what comes next. We need a hands‑on Marketing Manager who can think strategically, move quickly and bring ideas to life across digital, in‑store and community.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the YO‑CAI marketing strategy
- Plan campaigns across social, digital and in‑store
- Own the monthly content and marketing calendar
- Lead brand partnerships, creators, events and activations
- Support product launches, new flavours and store openings
- Manage CRM and customer communications
- Track budgets, campaign performance and ROI
- Ensure the brand stays consistent across every customer touchpoint
Required profile
- 5–7+ years marketing experience
- F&B, hospitality, retail or lifestyle experience is a must
- Strong social and digital knowledge
- Creative, commercially minded and highly organised
- Comfortable working closely with founders in a fast‑moving environment
