Marketing Manager – Luxury Resort in Ajman

About the role

Responsible for developing and executing the marketing plan for Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection resort. The role oversees e‑commerce, collaborates with tourism bureaus and community leaders, and ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate region‑wide promotions for rooms, food & beverage, spa and golf.
• Develop leisure marketing plans, rate offers, packages and programs to drive occupancy.
• Maintain and update all property websites and manage online content.
• Create brochure, collateral and signage materials and supervise photo shoots.
• Analyze DMA source market reports, guest lists and campaign tracking to provide ROI insights.
• Manage the marketing budget, track actual vs. planned spend and reallocate funds as needed.
• Identify and work with distribution channels to sell inventory and increase occupancy.
• Act as liaison between corporate and the property to roll out programs and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Collaborate with media buyers, tourism bureaus and convention chambers to maximize exposure.
• Maintain detailed records of marketing assets, vendor contracts and invoicing.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field.
• Ability to develop strategic marketing plans, manage budgets and analyze performance metrics.
• Experience working with online distribution platforms, e‑commerce and hospitality marketing tools.
