Marketing Manager – Multi‑brand & AI‑driven Marketing

About the role

RBK Holding LLC is seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to lead the multi‑brand marketing function across its group entities in Abu Dhabi. The role reports to senior leadership and is responsible for shaping corporate brand positioning, driving AI‑enabled marketing automation, and delivering data‑driven campaigns across diverse sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute group‑wide marketing strategies and multi‑entity growth campaigns.
• Lead digital marketing operations using AI‑driven platforms, automated workflows, and content generation tools.
• Oversee SEO/SEM, programmatic advertising, Google Ads and Meta ad performance.
• Manage multi‑brand social media architectures, corporate communications, event logistics and brand awareness programmes.
• Track marketing KPIs and ROI using Google Analytics, Meta Insights and performance dashboards.
• Utilise HubSpot and Mailchimp to optimise lead acquisition and customer engagement.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE market.
• Experience across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Hospitality or FMCG.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Advanced commercial acumen and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
