Marketing Manager – Performance & Lead Generation

About the role

SRJ REAL ESTATE L.L.C, a Dubai‑based property investment and advisory firm, is seeking a results‑driven Marketing Manager focused on performance and lead generation. The role will lead digital campaigns that attract high‑quality property buyers and investors across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage lead‑generation campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Handle the full campaign lifecycle: audience research, setup, optimisation, reporting and scaling.
• Generate a steady flow of qualified buyer and investor leads while reducing cost‑per‑lead.
• Test and refine audiences, creatives, ad copy, landing pages and offers.
• Build and optimise retargeting and remarketing funnels.
• Identify new channels and strategies to increase lead volume.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of performance‑marketing experience, preferably in the UAE/Dubai real‑estate market.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality leads through paid digital channels.
• Hands‑on expertise in campaign planning, execution and data‑driven optimisation.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, tracking and ROI analysis.
