Marketing Manager, Quant – Creative Studio

About the role

Revolut’s Growth team is looking for an analytical Marketing Manager to lead the evolution of its Growth Studio 2.0. You will transition the global design process from a manual studio to a data‑intelligent creative system, bridging world‑class creative innovation with high‑scale engineering to dramatically increase production volume.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the shift to a decentralised model where AI automates the production of high‑performing, compliant marketing assets.
• Partner with System Operators and Design Engineers to build a creator tool with seamless UX and work‑in‑progress functionality.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that monitor system health, balancing volume, quality, and risk.
• Define and execute the roadmap for autonomous performance production, enabling AI agents to iterate and localise assets using real‑time data.
• Create AI Brand Managers and deviation triggers to maintain a 0% defect rate and protect the brand’s DNA.
• Direct AI logic that governs automated assembly paths.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a high‑growth environment such as fintech, B2B SaaS, or gaming, focusing on performance analytics or growth operations.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, GPT‑4, Midjourney) and a strong curiosity for agentic‑led production roadmaps.
• Solid analytical foundation with proven ability to build and manage automated dashboards.
• Excellent detail orientation, organisational skills, and resilience to manage complex global deadlines.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience using Tableau or Looker for performance analysis.
• Proactive, get‑it‑done attitude with a track record of delivering results.
