Performance Marketer

About the role

GRQ Holdings is seeking a Performance Marketer to drive revenue growth across its eCommerce brands in the UAE market. You will be responsible for scaling campaigns, testing products and creatives, and delivering measurable business outcomes while working closely with operational, creative, sales, and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
• Test products, creatives, hooks, offers, and landing page angles.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify scaling opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR, and retention metrics.
• Build structured testing systems for creatives and offers.
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
• Collaborate with creative teams to improve ad performance.
• Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and winning advertising angles.
• Improve customer acquisition efficiency across multiple stores.
• Assist in strategy development for launch and scaling phases.
• Maintain strong reporting and operational communication.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the ads ecosystem and performance marketing.
• Proven experience scaling eCommerce brands or performance campaigns.
• Ability to analyze data quickly and make fast decisions.
• Creative testing mindset and knowledge of ad psychology.
• Problem‑solving attitude in fast‑moving operational environments.
• Professional communication and disciplined execution.
