Marketing Manager - Real Estate Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in real‑estate development to lead strategic marketing initiatives for residential and commercial projects in Dubai. The role will collaborate closely with development, sales, design teams and external agencies to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end marketing strategies for property launches, from pre‑launch planning through project completion.
• Maintain and enhance corporate and project brand positioning in line with business objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer segmentation to uncover opportunities and trends.
• Plan and manage launch events, investor presentations, roadshows and promotional activities.
• Oversee budgets, timelines and quality control for all marketing campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing across search, social media, display, email and property portals, optimizing lead‑generation funnels.
• Monitor campaign performance, website analytics and conversion metrics to maximise ROI.
• Partner with sales teams to create sales tools, presentations, brochures and investor fact sheets.
• Support CRM management, lead nurturing and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within the Dubai real‑estate market, preferably with a focus on new project launches.
• Proven track record of delivering successful multi‑channel campaigns that generate high‑quality leads.
• Strong understanding of the real‑estate development lifecycle, branding and sales enablement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
