Marketing Specialist – Brand & Content

About the role

Le Café LPM is launching its first café in Dubai and needs a hands‑on Marketing Specialist to build the brand from the ground up. You will work directly on the café floor, creating and sharing content, engaging the community, and activating the brand in real‑world settings.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and produce visual and written content that reflects the brand’s French Riviera spirit.
• Manage the café’s social media channels and community interactions.
• Plan and execute brand activations and on‑site events.
• Coordinate photo‑ and video‑shoots, brief photographers, and write compelling captions.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely publication.
• Monitor and respect the marketing budget while delivering high‑quality output.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience in hospitality, lifestyle or luxury sectors.
• Creative, fast‑thinking and comfortable in a people‑facing, fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English; French or another European language is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working on the café floor and interacting directly with guests.
