Marketing Specialist – Hands‑on Content & Social Media

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Specialist who can turn ideas into executed campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, commercially minded and comfortable working independently while producing content, managing social channels and supporting product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run marketing campaigns across digital, social, events and product launches.
• Create engaging social‑media content, including videos, interviews, and promotional assets, often using a smartphone.
• Appear on‑camera to represent the brand in videos and social posts.
• Grow and manage the brand’s presence on relevant social platforms and explore new channels and trends.
• Test concepts, measure results and continuously improve performance.
• Support product launches, events, activations and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to align marketing with commercial goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as traffic, engagement, conversion and sales.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media or content creation.
• Highly hands‑on, able to execute tasks personally rather than delegate.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and producing video content.
• Commercially focused with a clear eye on traffic, engagement and sales.
• Independent, proactive and able to work with limited supervision.
• Creative, curious and eager to test new ideas and formats.

Required skills
