Marketing Specialist

About the role

Huspy, a real estate technology company operating across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Spain and Italy, is looking for a versatile Marketing Specialist. The role takes ownership of campaigns, social media, customer engagement and initiatives that drive business growth, turning high-level ideas into action and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across social media, email, WhatsApp and other engagement channels
• Create briefs for designers, videographers, editors and internal stakeholders
• Manage posting schedules, track performance and share insights to grow engagement and audience
• Support lead generation: story reply flows, comment-to-DM journeys, WhatsApp opt-ins, landing pages and lead magnets
• Map and optimise customer journeys to improve engagement, conversion and retention
• Assist in planning and running internal and small-scale external events
• Coordinate with teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
• Stay up to date on social media trends, platform dynamics, automation tools and analytics

Required profile

• 4+ years in marketing, communications or related roles in fast-paced environments such as startups, scale-ups and agencies
• Proven experience managing social media channels, campaigns and audience engagement
• Strong execution skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Excellent written English; Arabic is a plus
