MDM Application Engineer (Stibo STEP)

About the role

The MDM Application Engineer will configure, develop and support Damen’s Master Data Management platform based on Stibo STEP. You will work with data owners, stewards and IT teams to ensure high‑quality, governed master data that underpins analytics, AI and operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Stibo STEP workflows, business rules, validations and data models.
• Support onboarding of new master data domains and ensure platform alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, defects and service requests, monitoring platform performance.
• Design, develop and maintain integrations between Stibo STEP and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with product owners and data architects to prioritize improvements and drive continuous automation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in application engineering, enterprise applications or Master Data Management.
• Hands‑on experience with Stibo Systems STEP or a comparable MDM platform.
