Mechanic Foreman

About the role

The Mechanic Foreman leads a workshop team responsible for the repair and maintenance of earthmoving, lifting and auxiliary equipment. You will ensure operational efficiency, safety compliance and seamless coordination with other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop operations, guaranteeing timely and effective repairs.
• Lead, coach and support a team of mechanics.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth equipment availability.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy‑equipment maintenance, preferably as a foreman or supervisor.
• Strong leadership and team‑motivation abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Willingness to undertake further training as needed.
