Mechanical Project Engineer

About the role

Azizi Developments is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to lead the supervision of mechanical works on high‑rise residential and commercial projects across Dubai. The role involves close collaboration with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that HVAC, plumbing, drainage and firefighting systems are installed to the highest quality standards and comply with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and supervise mechanical installations.
• Review and verify that all works follow approved drawings, project specifications and Dubai Municipality requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and clients to resolve technical issues and site‑related challenges.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of hands‑on experience managing mechanical works on high‑rise projects (G+20 floors or above).
• Proven experience on tower construction projects in Dubai; experience in Abu Dhabi or Sharjah is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality and other local authority regulations.
