Media Manager – CX Data & Tech (MENA)

About the role

WPP Media is seeking a Media Manager to lead the CX Data & Tech function for the MENA region. The role will shape the CX analytics strategy, work with technology partners and guide a high‑performance team to help brands improve customer engagement, purchase and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the CX Analytics strategy and operational plan across the region.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to develop best‑practice processes and frameworks.
• Manage relationships with technology partners, evaluating current and potential solutions.
• Represent Choreograph Consultancy Services at industry events and produce thought‑leadership content.
• Deliver knowledge‑sharing sessions on data and technology trends to internal and client teams.
• Maintain senior stakeholder relationships within agencies and client organisations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading CX analytics or similar data‑driven functions.
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing transformation landscape.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Track record of building and leading high‑performing teams.
