Medical Services Coordinator – Royal & International Executive Tourism

About the role

The Coordinator Medical Services supports the Royal, Protocol, International and Executive Health (R‑PIE) division, ensuring that high‑profile Royal/VIP patients receive confidential, seamless care throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Coordinator in handling complaints or incidents involving Royal/VIP patients.
• Escort patients during visits, deliver medications, communicate follow‑up appointments, and discuss cost estimates.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for assigned Royal/VIP patients and coordinate their care with physicians, facility staff, and external providers.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and requests.
• Represent the department in meetings related to Royal/VIP issues and liaise with other facilities.
• Participate in cross‑functional teams, process‑improvement activities, and customer‑service training.
• Provide coverage for team members during leaves and support workflow enhancements.
