Medical Training Specialist

About the role

The Medical Training Specialist at Emirates Group will design, deliver and continuously improve medical training programmes for a global workforce. This role combines instructional design, adult‑learning techniques and regulatory compliance to ensure high‑quality training outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging medical training sessions using conventional and innovative methods, applying adult‑learning principles.
• Manage all training logistics, including equipment maintenance, resource allocation and documentation.
• Monitor learner engagement during sessions, adapt delivery as needed, and incorporate feedback to enhance effectiveness.
• Collaborate with project leaders to create training products that meet specifications and business needs.
• Explore and implement emerging training technologies and best practices.
• Lead and execute projects related to regulations, compliance, quality development and ad‑hoc initiatives, staying within scope and budget.
• Review regulations, ensure compliance across products and services, and prepare evidence for audits.
• Conduct internal audits, document findings and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Develop guidelines and frameworks aligning business activities with GMT objectives and KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programmes for adult learners.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of adapting style to diverse audiences.
• Leadership orientation with accountability for project outcomes and team development.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to assess personal productivity against departmental KPIs.
