Senior Test Lead – Epic & UI Testing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Test Lead to drive quality assurance for Epic modules and associated user interfaces. The role focuses on validating functionality, usability and integration across healthcare workflows, ensuring the system meets the highest reliability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute comprehensive test cases for Epic applications and UI components.
• Perform functional, regression, usability and integration testing to verify end‑to‑end workflows.
• Identify, document and track defects using established tools and processes.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, scripts and results.
• Mentor junior testers and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the healthcare domain.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent documentation skills.
• Proven experience working with Epic systems.
