MEP Engineer – Residential

About the role

The client is a fast‑growing real‑estate group in Dubai focused on mid‑ to high‑rise residential projects. They are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing execution for multi‑storey apartment buildings.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise full‑cycle MEP delivery for G+4 and higher residential towers, covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting and related services.
• Coordinate MEP work with architectural, structural and civil teams, review and clash‑resolve shop drawings.
• Monitor subcontractors, materials, quality, and progress to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and authority requirements.
• Manage inspections, RFIs, material submissions, testing & commissioning, snagging, and final handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on MEP construction experience on multi‑storey residential projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects through testing, commissioning and handover.
• Background in a main contractor, residential developer or MEP contractor environment.
