MEP Inspector – Dubai

About the role

KEO Group is seeking a qualified MEP Inspector to join its Dubai team on a temporary basis. The role involves on‑site supervision and technical support for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee design coordination and implementation of MEP systems for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, regulations and project specifications.
• Review and approve MEP shop drawings, material submittals and technical documents submitted by contractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, verify adherence to approved drawings, specifications and safety standards.
• Inspect and test MEP installations at various construction stages to confirm quality and functionality.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in MEP inspection or supervision on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and MEP standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
