MEP Supervisor

About the role

The MEP Supervisor will lead the technical and operational management of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities in Dubai. This role ensures reliable operation, compliance with safety standards, and continuous improvement of all MEP services.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain HVAC equipment, chillers, pumps, air handling units (AHU), fan coil units (FCU) and ducting.
• Oversee electrical infrastructure including low‑voltage panels, distribution boards, UPS, generators, lighting and elevators.
• Manage plumbing, drainage, fire‑fighting systems and water pumps, conducting regular inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Read and interpret MEP drawings, schematics and as‑built layouts, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and permits.
• Lead a team of MEP technicians and contractors, providing training, performance feedback and coordinating with other facilities management sections.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports, maintain equipment logs and spare‑parts inventory.
• Liaise with external vendors for major projects, monitor service level agreements and evaluate performance.
• Recommend energy‑saving upgrades, participate in audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline.
• Valid UAE driver’s license.
• Proactive, organized and detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
