MEP Supervisor – Walk‑in Interview in Dubai

About the role

Concordia DMCC, a leading integrated facilities management provider in Dubai, is seeking experienced MEP Supervisors to join its team. The position is full‑time and based on‑site, supporting the maintenance of residential and commercial towers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily MEP operations and maintenance activities across assigned properties.
• Prepare and manage reports using CAFM systems.
• Coordinate with cleaning, security and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or relevant FM certification.
• 3–5 years of facilities management experience, preferably in residential/commercial towers.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Candidates on visit or cancelled visas are preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAFM system operations.
• Solid knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance.
• Good computer skills for report preparation.
