Mid-Senior Mining Professionals

About the role

Hire Resolve is partnering with mining organisations in the UAE to recruit experienced professionals for a range of mid‑to‑senior positions across mining, plant operations, technical services, processing, maintenance, projects and HSE leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support safe, efficient delivery of mining and processing operations.
• Drive operational performance through production planning, KPI management, cost control and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical input to mine planning, production optimisation, drill‑and‑blast performance and geotechnical controls.
• Oversee maintenance and reliability strategies for mobile and fixed plant, including shutdown planning.
• Manage contractors and service providers to ensure safe execution, quality delivery and schedule adherence.
• Develop teams through coaching, competency development and performance management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Metallurgy, HSE or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5–12+ years of progressive experience in mining, quarrying, minerals processing or heavy industrial environments.
• Working knowledge of UAE occupational safety and health expectations and practical risk‑management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities in multicultural site environments.
• English proficiency required; Arabic advantageous.

Required skills

• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems such as SAP or Maximo.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI advantageous.
• Familiarity with planning and scheduling tools.
