About the role

Clifford Chance is offering a combined Middle East Summer Vacation Scheme and a two‑year Training Contract for aspiring solicitors. The programme gives you the chance to work in a leading international law firm, rotating across key practice areas and offices in London and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Complete four six‑month rotations, starting in London followed by three placements in our Dubai office.
• Assist senior lawyers on matters in Capital Markets, Debt Finance, Disputes, Corporate Transactions, Project Finance, Real Estate, Restructuring, Insolvency or Funds.
• Participate in client secondments where available.
• Conduct legal research, draft documents and support transactional work.

Required profile

• Recent law graduate or final‑year law student with a strong academic record.
• Interest in commercial law and willingness to work in a high‑performance environment.
• Ability to adapt to different jurisdictions and cultures.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
