MOD Sales Engineer

About the role

TK Elevator UAE L.L.C is seeking a MOD Sales Engineer to join its Mod Sal DXB department in Dubai. The role bridges technical engineering expertise with the sales process, delivering customized elevator and escalator solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present technical proposals and product presentations to clients.
• Analyse customer requirements and engineering specifications to configure accurate product solutions.
• Act as the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle, ensuring clear communication between customers, sales representatives, and internal engineering teams.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assist in estimating project costs and timelines.
• Provide training and technical support to sales staff and customers on product features, benefits, and installation considerations.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies to maintain TK Elevator’s market leadership.
• Support new product launches by offering technical guidance and gathering customer feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in a sales engineering role, preferably within the elevator, escalator or building services industry.
• Strong ability to translate complex engineering concepts into clear client‑focused information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑service orientation.
• Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the UAE market are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software.
• Experience using product configurators.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
