About the role
Pink Neon Advertising is seeking a creative Motion Graphic Designer to transform marketing concepts into engaging motion graphics and video content. Working closely with the Integrated Art Director and reporting to the Content Strategy Manager, you will produce high‑quality animations for digital and social media platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret marketing briefs and translate them into motion graphic videos, animations, and visual assets.
- Collaborate with the Integrated Art Director to conceptualise and execute artwork that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Adapt and optimise existing raw assets for online and offline deployment, including resizing and retouching.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within agreed deadlines.
- Provide digital support for campaigns across various platforms, maintaining consistency and visual impact.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in a creative agency, handling both local and global clients.
- Strong understanding of digital and social design, UX/UI principles, and responsive design trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Mid‑level proficiency in retouching and visual optimisation.
