Moving Services General Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a moving and relocation company in Dubai seeking a Moving Services General Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations, commercial performance and service delivery. The role is responsible for overall business management, including budgets, revenue and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day running of the moving and relocation operation.
• Oversee operational performance across domestic and international moving services.
• Manage budgets, costs, revenue and overall business performance.
• Lead operational, sales and customer service teams.
• Review workflows, service levels and operational procedures.
• Maintain relationships with customers, agents, suppliers and industry partners.
• Support commercial activity and identify opportunities to develop the business.

Required profile

• General management or senior management experience within the moving and relocation sector.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international moving operations.
• Experience managing operational and commercial performance.
• Experience leading and managing teams across different business functions.
• Good understanding of costs, budgets and financial performance.
• Strong communication, organisation and customer management skills.
