Multi-Property Marketing Executive

About the role

The Multi-Property Marketing Executive will drive the online presence of Marriott’s hotels in Dubai, ensuring that digital channels showcase the brand effectively and generate incremental revenue across rooms, food & beverage, spa and ancillary services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage hotel websites and third‑party platforms, keeping content, photos and information up to date.
• Plan, schedule and publish social media content to promote F&B outlets and other hotel amenities.
• Collaborate with the regional e‑commerce team to review OTA listings and blogs.
• Execute strategic marketing tools such as Google PPC campaigns and paid social media adverts to drive revenue.
• Produce monthly marketing performance reports and adhere to allocated digital budgets.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, F&B and spa teams for seamless campaign execution.
• Organise marketing campaigns across multiple platforms in line with business needs.
• Handle administrative tasks including invoices and contracts.
• Assist with photography and video requests, managing the process on‑site.
• Liaise with suppliers for collateral and print requirements.
• Support the Social Media Lead and Marketing Manager in day‑to‑day activities.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of digital marketing within the hospitality sector.
• Ability to maintain a positive online brand presence.
• Experience planning and executing social media and paid advertising campaigns.
• Proficiency in managing budgets and reporting performance metrics.
• Excellent coordination skills with cross‑functional teams.
