Multi-Property Sales Manager Account Director - Leisure Travel

About the role

The Multi-Property Sales Manager Account Director – Leisure Travel will lead the leisure and wholesale sales for St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort and Al Wathba, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa. Reporting to the MP Assistant Director of Sales & Distribution, you will shape and execute the leisure segment strategy across both properties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined portfolio of leisure and wholesale accounts in partnership with the MP Sales Executive – Leisure Travel.
• Develop and implement action plans to grow new and existing target accounts, aligning with the overall commercial strategy.
• Coordinate with on‑property and corporate stakeholders to maximise business opportunities and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Represent the properties at domestic and international leisure trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Plan and lead sales trips, site inspections, familiarisation tours and client entertainment activities.
• Identify and acquire new prospect accounts using a variety of sales tools and channels.
• Conduct regular business reviews, market analysis and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of leisure trends and competition.

Required profile

• Fluent in English with additional EU language proficiency (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian) preferred.
• Proven experience in luxury hotel sales, preferably within a multi‑property environment.
• Strong self‑motivation, ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with a focus on long‑term, value‑based client partnerships.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for sales activities.
