Multi Technician - Facility Management

About the role

Arman Building Maintenance is looking for a Multi Technician in Dubai to help keep its facility management building running smoothly. The technician works in a dynamic team, maintaining the building's systems and equipment to the highest standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment.
• Respond to emergency calls and fix critical issues quickly.
• Carry out regular inspections to spot potential problems or areas for improvement.
• Install, troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and comply with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other technicians and facility management staff, and provide good customer service to building occupants.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and help train and mentor junior technicians.
• Follow health and safety protocols to keep the workplace safe.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in facility management or building maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, able to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a proactive, organised approach.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to undergo further training and development.

Required skills

• Valid certifications or licenses related to building maintenance or facility management (e.g. HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are preferred.
• Familiarity with computer systems and basic software for keeping maintenance records.
