Multi Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Multi Technician to maintain and repair the facility equipment at R&B Fashion in Dubai. The role ensures operational continuity by minimizing downtime, upholding safety standards, and keeping all technical systems running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to schedules and manufacturer guidelines.
• Diagnose equipment faults, determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, service requests and emergency maintenance.
• Support equipment installation, testing, commissioning, relocation and modification.
• Conduct routine inspections, condition monitoring and site rounds to ensure safe operation.
• Monitor performance, recommend improvements and coordinate work with contractors and operational teams.
• Follow permit‑to‑work, health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders and asset logs.
• Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant technical qualification or proven experience in facility maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Good communication skills for interaction with contractors and operational staff.
