Multimedia Designer – Remote (Dubai)

About the role

Rookie Ninja Distribution is seeking a creative Multimedia Designer to work remotely from Dubai. The role involves producing engaging visual and video assets for marketing campaigns targeting audiences in the UAE, Africa and India. You will collaborate with teams in the UAE and India to ensure brand consistency and deliver high‑quality content on time.

Key responsibilities

• Design website banners, landing page graphics, product visuals, social media posts, carousels and stories.
• Edit photos and videos to create reels, promotional videos and product‑focused content.
• Develop motion graphics, transitions, sound effects and other video elements as needed.
• Write basic English copy, captions, hooks, headlines and calls‑to‑action.
• Collaborate remotely with the India team to execute creative briefs and maintain brand guidelines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design and social media trends and contribute fresh ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and multimedia or video content creation.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Proven portfolio showcasing digital design and video editing projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Reliable laptop or PC, high‑speed internet and a distraction‑free home workspace.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage workload independently.
