Network Engineer – Enterprise Infrastructure

About the role

Katimex Cielker is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to support, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructures. The role focuses on deploying, operating, and maintaining network products while collaborating closely with the Engineering team to ensure product validation and client readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering to execute QA cycles and support UAT activities for network products.
• Provide 24/7 client support as part of a continuous support model.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and related networking equipment.
• Implement product‑specific network security measures and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of deployments, QA/UAT results, incidents, and support actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise network operations or support.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.
• Experience with firewall administration, VPN technologies, and secure networking practices.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA and/or CCNP.
