Change Management Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Change Management Engineer to lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, manage RFCs in Maximo and ensure smooth change processes for our telecommunications network in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Preside over CAB meetings to discuss planned RFCs (Fixed/Mobile) and ensure proper approvals.
• Perform pre‑assurance sanity checks on all Change Requests, verifying compliance with KPIs and triggering fault processes when needed.
• Manage RFCs in the Maximo tool, including updates, scheduling, prioritisation and day‑to‑day administration.
• Coordinate emergency and after‑hours RFCs, provide on‑call support and liaise with SOC, business units and carriers.
• Generate quarterly reports on network performance, availability, SLA achievement and outage activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science or Telecommunications.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar change management role within the telecom industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with C‑level stakeholders.
• Knowledge of eTOM and ITIL frameworks.
• Willingness to work shifts and flexible hours.
