Night Cleaner – Restaurant (DIFC, Dubai)

About the role

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Night Cleaner to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness at its restaurant located in DIFC, Dubai. You will work the night shift, ensuring the venue is spotless and ready for the next day’s service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of dining areas, kitchen, restrooms and back‑of‑house spaces during night hours.
• Empty trash bins, sanitize surfaces, and restock supplies as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene protocols at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Housekeeper or Night Cleaner, preferably in hospitality.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Currently residing in Dubai.
