Night Duty Manager

About the role

As the Night Duty Manager at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort, you will be the primary ambassador for the hotel during overnight hours. You will ensure seamless operations, guest satisfaction, and support for the on‑site team while upholding the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all night‑time hotel operations, including front office, food & beverage, spa, and health club.
• Monitor guest arrivals, requests, and reservations to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure all team members are informed about room types, rates, facilities, and service offerings.
• Handle any guest issues or emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of nightly activities and report to senior management.

Required profile

• College degree in hotel management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Office Duty Manager.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages such as German, Italian, Chinese or Arabic are a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team during night shifts.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of hotel products and services, including room categories, rates, and ancillary facilities.
• Ability to manage reservations and guest requests efficiently.
• Leadership and decision‑making skills under pressure.
