Night Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Night Manager to oversee front‑desk operations during the night shift at The Ritz‑Carlton Dubai International Financial Centre. The role ensures smooth guest check‑ins, accurate billing, and high‑quality service throughout the overnight period.

Key responsibilities

• Process all guest check‑ins, verify identity, payment method, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Enter and manage Marriott Rewards information and ensure rates match market codes.
• Handle all payment types, vouchers, paid‑outs, and produce cashier and closing reports.
• Balance receipts, secure bank drops, and follow accounting procedures.
• Respond to guest requests, coordinate with other departments, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Report any security or loss‑prevention incidents to the appropriate team.
• Assist in training, coaching and evaluating team members, promoting a fair‑treatment culture.
• Maintain safety certifications, adhere to company policies, and uphold professional appearance.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in hotel front‑desk or night‑shift operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently during night hours while maintaining high service standards.
